Please make sure you are following the correct groups within team app to get all information. If your child has switched from Jo to Xcel or visa-versa, or moved up a level or just joined a competitive program you will need to request access to their new group. You can also remove yourself from the incorrect group to not receive information that does not apply to you. Another reminder, is to make sure your settings are on for receiving notifications from the app along with your email.
